摘要
以甲基乙烯基MQ硅树脂、含氢硅油和苯基硅橡胶为基体,BPO(过氧化苯甲酰)为引发剂,DBTDL(二月桂酸二丁基锡)和氯铂酸-异丙醇为催化剂,采用硅氢加成和自由基法制备了双交联型SPSA[有机硅PSA(压敏胶)],并着重探讨了交联剂含量、催化剂含量以及交联工艺对SPSA性能的影响。研究结果表明:当反应官能团n(Si-H)∶n(Si-Vi)=0.5∶1.0、w(BPO)=1.0%(相对于硅橡胶和硅树脂总质量而言)、交联温度为150℃和交联时间为10 min时,SPSA的初粘力为9#钢球、135℃剥离强度超过7.0 N/mm、常温持粘力和80℃持粘力均超过24 h;该双交联型SPSA的制备工艺简单,具有较好的耐介质性和耐热性,兼具了单一交联法所得SPSA的优点。
With methyl vinyl MQ silicone, silicone oil containing hydrogen and phenyl silicone rubber as matrix resins, BPO (benzoyl peroxide) as initiator, DBTDL (dibutyltin dilaurate) and chloroplatinie acid-isopropyl alcohol as catalysts, so a dual-crosslinking type SPSA[silicone PSA (pressure-sensitive adhesive)] was prepared by hydrosilylation and free radical methods, and the influences of some factors (such as crosslinker contents, catalyst contents and erosslinking technology) on SPSA' s properties were emphatically discussed. The research results showed that the SPSA' s intial tack was 9^# steel ball, peeling strength at 135 ℃ was more than 7.0 N/mm, and holding tacks at room temperature and 80 ℃ were all more than 24 h when molar ratio of n(Si-H) : n(Si-Vi) was 0.5:1.0 in reactive functional groups, mass fraction of BPO was 1.0% in total silicone rubber and silicone, and crosslinking temperature and time were 150 ℃ and 10 min respectively. The dual-crosslinking type SPSA had the simple preparation technology, the good medium resistance and heat resistance, and it had also the advantages of single-crosslinking prepared SPSA.
