摘要
本脱硫工艺采HPF脱硫方法对煤气中的H5进行脱出,即是以来自净化车间二区蒸氨送来的氨为碱源。888复合催化剂的湿式氧化法脱硫法工艺。该法不仅可脱去H2S还可脱去大部分HCN及部分有机硫。该法具有脱硫效率高、不必外加碱源、循环液中含盐量少、不易累积、可不设提盐装置。产生的度液不大且可回兑炼焦煤中、运行稳定、具有良好的环保效果、再生效率高。操作平稳等特点。
H3S in coal gas is removed with HPF method in desulfurizing process, i.e., distilled ammo- nia from No.2 work zone of purification workshop in our coking branch company is used as alkali source, the desulfurizing process is wet oxidizing process with 888 compound catalyst. The method can remove not only H..S but also most of HCN and some of organic sulfur. This method has high desulfurizing efficiency and doesn't need additional alkali source. Salt in circulating solution is less and not easy to accumulate so that salt extracting facility is not needed. Waste solution is less and al- so be added to coal for coking. The method is characterized by stable running and good enviroumen- tal effect and high regenerative efficiency and smooth operation.
