基于功能分区视角的长江中游城市群国土空间特征及优化 被引量:50

Characteristics and Optimization of Geographical Space in Urban Agglomeration in the Middle Reaches of the Yangtze River Based on the Function Zoning

摘要 基于系统科学与"生产—生活—生态"空间功能理论,以长江中游城市群为研究对象,在识别城市群国土空间功能特征的基础上,利用标准显示性比较优势指数(NRCA)、系统聚类及GIS技术等方法,定量与定性相结合探索城市群国土空间格局优化路径。结果表明:(1)长江中游城市群国土空间"三生"功能具有明显的空间分异特征,中心城市与重要节点城市生产功能显著,生活功能高值区集中于长江、汉江流域和"长株潭"地区,生态功能较优城市分布在幕阜山、罗霄山脉以及环鄱阳湖和洞庭湖区域;(2)优化方案将国土空间重构为6种类型区,分析每种类型区的功能特征,以空间均衡利用为导向,定位不同城市发展方向。 It is the important means for the regional sustainable development to make the attributes and characteristics of geographical spatial function clear and optimize spatial pattern. Based on systemic science and the spatial function theory of "production-living-ecological", taking space of urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River as the study subject. According to this, the heterogeneity of geographical space multi-function of urban agglomeration was identified. Using normalized revealed comparative advantage index (NRCA), system clustering analysis and GIS technology, the optimization of geographical space pattern in the urban agglomeration was analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively. The results are as follows: Firstly, spatial function of the urban agglomeration in the middle reaches of the Yangtze River has significant spatial differentiation characteristics. Production function of cities in central and important nods is more significant, and the living function of the ecological economic zone of Yangtze River, Hanjiang basin and Chang-Zhu-Tan Area has a high level, while the optimal region of ecological function is distributed among Mufu Mountain, Luoxiao Ranges and Poyang Lake. Secondly, geographical space is divided into 6 types by optimization program. Then the function characters of each type of areas are analyzed and the development dominant orientation of different cities is positioned.
