摘要
针对风电机组出质保验收或实际运行中较难准确实现功率曲线考核评估的问题,提出一种利用激光雷达测风仪测风数据并结合风电机组数据采集与监控(SCADA)系统的运行数据,快速实现风电场全场风电机组SCADA系统风速校正及功率曲线和运行性能考核评估的方法。利用该方法对某风电场22台机组的功率曲线及运行性能进行了评估。结果表明:22台机组中,#12,#13,#17,#21机组功率曲线较差,运行性能表现异常,存在一定的性能优化提升空间。此方法评估准确、简单实用,为风电机组性能考核评估提供了参考。
Based on the problem of wind turbine unit acceptance after warranty and difficult to evaluate real power rate curve,a laser radar anemoscope was introduced. Combined with wind turbine unit SCADA( supervisory control and data acquisition)system data,a rapid evaluation method was indicated. This method was implemented onto a power plant of 22 units. The result indicated that the power rate curve of unit No. 12,13,17 and 21 was poor. This method is accurate,simple and practical.Which could be referred for wind turbine unit evaluation.
