摘要
某热电厂热网一、二期一次网水系统独立运行,热网一、二期回水管路设有联络阀门,供水管路也在多处设有联络门。为实现热网一、二期9台热网循环泵互相备用,解决热网二期单台热网加热器超流量运行问题,最大限度发挥热泵与电蓄热装置的性能优势,进行了一、二期一次网水系统环并运行试验。试验数据分析结果显示,有效提高了供热的可靠性、灵活性与经济性。
For the heating network of a certain thermal power plant,the primary network water systems of the first and second stages are operating independently. Between the return lines of the first and second stages,connecting valves are equipped. Besides that,some connecting doors are also equipped for water supply lines in multiple places. In order to realize the mutual standby among the 9 circulating pumps of the first and second heating network stages,solve the ultra-flow operation problem of single heater of the second stage and maximize the performances of heat pump and electric heat storage device,this paper conducted a primary network water systems combination operation test between the first and second stages. The analysis result of the test data shows that it effectively improves the reliability,flexibility and economics of the heat supply.
