创新性的采用空气预热器高压冲洗水泵作为锅炉一次系统水压试验升压泵,并对泵的水源、管路系统、电控装置进行优化,实现了对锅炉一次系统原水压试验系统的优化,规避了耗时长、操作复杂、试验成本高、易延误检修工期等问题。

The practice that use air preheater high pressure wash pump as boiler primary system hydraulic test boost pump was introduced. The water source,pipeline and control system was improved. The improvement of existed boiler primary system hydraulic test system was realized. The problems of long time consumption,complicated operation,high tests cost and maintenance delay was avoided.
