摘要
燃煤电站锅炉干除渣系统出现故障,会对锅炉的安全稳定运行产生影响。分析了某1 000 MW超超临界参数变压直流Π型锅炉干除渣系统故障停运的原因,提出了加强锅炉燃烧管控、调整锅炉吹灰方式、合理调整干除渣系统运行方式、加强干除渣系统参数调整等措施,有效降低了干除渣系统的故障率。
Once the dry deslagging system of coal-fired power plant boiler failed,it had a great influence on the safe and steady operation of boiler. This paper analyzed the failure reasons of dry deslagging system of parametric voltage transformation direct current Π-type boiler for a 1 000 MW ultra-supercritical unit,and proposed some measures to reduce the failure rate of dry deslagging system,such as strengthening combustion control,adjusting boiler soot blowing methods,adjusting the operation mode and strengthening the parameter adjustment of dry deslagging system,etc.
