4,6-二氯间苯二腈的合成

摘要 4,6-二氯间苯二腈是一个重要的医药化工中间体。本文设计了一条合成路线,以4,6-二氯苯甲酸为起始原料,经酰化、硝化、还原、重氮化等七步反应得到了目标化合物,其结构经MS和~1H NMR确证,该方法原料廉价易得,操作简单且收率较高,是一条适合工业化生产的合成路线。 2,4-dichlorobenzoic acid as a starting material,the important intermediate of 4,6-dichloroisophthalonitrile was prepared by seven steps: acylation,nitration,reduction,diazotization and so on.The stucture of target compound was characterized by MS and1 HNMR.The raw materials used in this method were easy to obtain.The method had simple operation and high yield. It was a synthetic route suitable for industrial production.
