活齿啮合无级变速传动机理及其运动仿真

Study on Mechanism and Its Motion Simulation of the Movable Teeth Meshing Continuously Variable Transmission

摘要 对活齿啮合无级变速器的变速传动机理进行分析,利用Solid Works三维软件建立其几何模型。通过虚拟装配分析与干涉检测,对活齿啮合无级变速器进行运动仿真,为相关理论研究提供了思路和依据。 Movable te e th me sh in g co n t in u o u s ly v ariab le t ra n smis s io n is a new ty p e of co n t in u o u s ly v a r ia -ble transmission. The basic variable speed principle of movable teeth meshing cont inuously variable transmis-sion is analyzed in this paper. Three-dimensional model of the transmission is establ ished by using Solid Works software. By virtual assembly analysis and interference detection, mot ion process simulation of the movable teeth meshing cont inuously variable transmission is carried out. Thus, feasibil i ty and correctness of the mova-ble teeth meshing cont inuously variable transmission are further verified. It would provide a basis and thinking method for further theoret ical research of the new type transmission.
