摘要
在单口网络合成电阻的基础上,设计了一种热电阻测温电路智能标定装置。该装置利用上位机来发送指令与数据,通过单片机来改变数模转换器的转换系数,得到连续动态可调的多路高精度电阻值,从而实现对多路热电阻传感器或仪表进行智能化标定的目的。对装置的分辨率和精度进行测试得出:当电阻值在100~1 000Ω范围内进行调节时,分辨率可达0.1Ω,相对误差小于0.1%。
On the basis of using stand-up network synthesis resistance, a kind of thermal resistance tem-perature measurement circuit intelligent calibration device is designed. The device uses the host computer to send the instruction and data, through the single-chip to change the digital-to-analog converter conversion coef-ficient to be continuously dynamic adjustable multi-channel high-precision resistance value, in order to achieve multi-channel thermal resistance sensor or instrument for intelligent calibration. Finally, the resolution and ac-curacy of the device are tested, the experimental data indicates that, when the resistance value is in the rang of 100100012, the resolution can reach 0. 1 O, the relative error is less than 0. 1%.
