摘要
以转向梯形中杆件的实际尺寸、空间(转角)位置为设计变量,以对梯形臂和梯形底角的范围限制为约束条件,以实现最小转角误差为目标函数,建立转向传动机构的空间数学模型,并推导出转向梯形的运动学方程。利用粒子群算法对该模型进行优化,证明了优化方法的可行性。
In this paper, the spatial and mathematical models of steering trapezoid is established and de-duce kinematics equation of Ackerman is derived. The optimized design takes the bar^s actual size and the spa-tial location (angle) of steering trapezoid as design variables and the limitation of the scope of the trapezoid arm and the trapezoid^s initial angle as the constraint condition as well as the achievement of minimum corner error as the objective function. Finally, based on Particle swarm the design is optimized and proved feasibility.
