摘要
为制备疏水程度和光物理性能良好的杀虫剂,经氢化钠处理,采用溶剂热法进行了一系列的链状烷烃酰氯反应,合成了10种氟虫腈链状烷烃酰胺化衍生物,其结构经红外、质谱、核磁和元素分析确证,并测试了其光物理性能和高效液相色谱保留时间.结果表明:该类化合物均具有稳定的荧光性能;且随着链长及氯原子数目的增多,其保留时间、疏水性和脂溶性增加,为进一步测试氟虫腈衍生物的生物活性奠定了基础.
To develop pesticides with good hydrophobic and physical properties, 10 kinds of amide derivatives of fipronil were synthesized by treating with NaH followed by amidation with a series of amide chlorides via solvothermal method.The structures of the derivatives were confirmed by IR, mass spectrometry, NMR and elemental analysis.The photophysical properties and HPLC retention time were also examined.The results showed that these compounds had stable fluorescence properties, and the retention time, hydrophobicity and lipid solubility increased with the increase of chain length and the number of chlorine atoms.This work may serve as the foundation for further testing of the biological activity of fipronil derivatives.
