摘要
通过现代分离技术并经波普分析研究,分离得到了土贝母乙酸乙酯部位8个化合物,并鉴定为:7-羟基-6-甲氧基香豆素(1)、表儿茶素(2)、儿茶素(3)、(E)-N-(4-羟基苯乙基)-3-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)丙烯酰胺(4)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(5)、(Z)-3-O-咖啡酰基-4-O-甲基奎宁酸甲酯(6)、绿原酸(7)、3-O-[β-D-吡喃鼠李糖-(1-6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖]-5,7,4'-三羟基黄酮(8).此8个化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到.
The modern extraction techniques and spectral analysis were used to isolate and analyze the chemical compositions of ethyl acetate fraction from Bolbostemma paniculatum(Maxim.)Franquet.Eight compounds were obtained and identified as : 7-6-hydroxy-6-methoxy coumarin (1),epicatechin (2),catechin (3),(E)-N-hydroxy phenyl ethyl-3-4-hydroxy-3-methoxy phenyl Acrylamide (4),Di Butyl Phthalate (5),(Z)-3-O-Coffee acyl-4-O-Methyl quinic acid methyl ester (6),chlorogenic acid (7),3-O-[beta-D-pyran rhamnose-(1-6)-beta-D-Pyran glucose]-5,7,4'-three hydroxyl flavone (8).All of the eight compounds were isolated from this plant for the first time.
