摘要
针对目前常用的扭力丝结构的血栓弹力仪对装配、环境适应性、成本要求较高等问题,设计了一种新型血栓弹力仪系统.以模块化的方式给出了系统的测量模块、加热模块、存储与通信模块等.在常规结构的基础上利用SolidWorks软件设计出一种盘式结构的测量模块;利用正交编码器精确定位的特点通过嵌入式控制器STM32的时间差处理法反映血液粘弹性的变化;针对温度控制具有的大滞后、非线性、大惯性特点,利用模糊PID复合控制算法实现快速、精确的温度控制.实验结果表明:系统温差在0.5℃以内,能区分高低凝,容易装配,环境适应性好,成本较低,有重要的发展应用前景.
In view of typical structure of torsion wire demanding a high level of assembly and cost,designing a new type of thrombelatograph coagulation analyzer system.Measurement module,heating module,storage and communicating module were designed by modularization.On the basis of conventional structure,combining the designing ideal of axial magnetic field SRM and using SolidWorks software designed the disc structure measurement module.Accurate positioning of the orthogonal encoder is used to reflect the change of blood viscoelasticity by the method of the time difference of the STM32.Aiming at the characteristics of large time delay, nonlinear and large inertia of temperature control, the fuzzy PID compound control algorithm is used to realize the fast and accurate temperature controlling.The experimental results show that temperature error of system is less than 0.5℃, could distinguish between high and low coagulation, easily assembling, excellent environmental adaptability, low cost and has important application prospects.
