The introduction of the audit to the examination, from the index of medical health examination information establishment and evaluation principle, the establishment of independent audit examination index system, put forward the ＂integrity audit examination method, the implementation of different positions and areas leading cadres status review and evaluation, in order to avoid the problem of cadres with＂ disease ＂in the post.
