Focusing on how teaching and research offi ces carry out and implement the faculty training management regulations,how to execute faculty training regulations, From the perspective of teaching and research offi ces, this paper discussed the specific measures and enforcement regulations of faculty training regulations. After a period time's practice and exploration,the result shows that these measures are effective, which provides useful suggestions and references for the faculty training work for teaching and research offi ces in medical colleges or universities.
