乙烯装置的大修策略及初步探索

PRELIMINARY EXPLORATION OF OVERHAUL STRATEGY FOR ETHYLENE PLANT

茂名旧线乙烯在运行20年后进行了投产后的第四次大检修。从装置大修指挥的角度出发,通过中石化行内经验交流,结合茂名乙烯老装置的具体运行特点,有针对性制定了2016年的装置大检修策略。从茂名大修开盖情况分析,检修前制定的大修策略高度有效,检修后设备本质安全和经济运行性大幅提高。最后对乙烯装置的大修策略进行了初步的探索。

The old ethylene plant at SINOPEC Maoming Company was shut down for its fourth overhaul after 20 years of operation since its startup.The strategy for this overhaul in 2016 was developed combined with the specific operation characteristics of the ethylene plant from the perspective of overhaul command through the exchange of experiences inside SINOPEC.The analysis on the overhaul of this ethylene plant show that the overhaul strategy developed is highly effective and the intrinsic safety and economic performance of equipment are remarkably improved.And a preliminary exploration of the overhaul strategy for ethylene plant is made.
