脱丁烷塔聚合发生的原因及应对措施 被引量:4

摘要 总结了镇海乙烯裂解装置脱丁烷塔的运行状况。通过对脱丁烷塔塔底聚合物进行实验室分析,确认了脱丁烷塔塔内聚合物的主要来源为戊二烯、苯乙烯等烯烃的聚合。通过采取优化工艺操作、提高检修质量、控制进料水含量、在脱丁烷塔加注阻聚剂等措施后,脱丁烷塔塔底聚合问题得到了缓解,从而保证了装置的长周期运行。 This paper summarizes the operation of debutanizer in the ethylene cracking unit at SINOPEC Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company,and makes a laboratory analysis on the polymers at the bottom of the debutanizer.It is confirmed that the polymers in the debutanizer mainly come from the polymerization of olefins such as pentadiene and styrene.By optimizing the process operation,improving the quality of maintenance,controlling the water content of feedstock and injecting polymerization inhibitor into the debutanizer,the polymerization problem at the bottom of the debutanizer is mitigated,thus ensuring the long-term operation of the unit.
