This paper lists the key points of the design and manufacture of convection module for ethylene cracking furnace,and briefly introduces and discusses the critical factors,critical control points and related problems easily emerging during the design and manufacture.Specific suggestions and improvement measures are put forward for the problems frequently emerging after the convection module is shipped to the field,and specific requirements are presented to the vendors to better control manufacturing quality of convection module for ethylene cracking furnace.
