摘要
上海石化共有裂解炉14台,其中GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉共5台,是由SRT-Ⅲ裂解炉改造而来,适用NAP、AGO、HVGO 3种原料。近年来,乙烯裂解料来源较多,组分较为复杂,GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉频繁出现炉管堵塞等问题,给装置稳定运行带来隐患。结合装置实际生产情况,对近年来GK-Ⅵ型裂解炉的故障原因逐项进行分析,解决了对流段炉管堵塞、辐射段腐蚀穿孔以及超高压蒸汽温度低等问题,达到了提高裂解炉运行周期、增加企业经济效益的目的。
There are 14 cracking furnaces in the ethylene plant at SINOPEC Shanghai Petrochemical Co.,Ltd.,of which 5 GK-VI cracking furnaces were revamped from SRT-III cracking furnaces and suitable for cracking NAP,AGO and HVGO.In recent years,furnace tube blockage and other problems have emerged frequently in GK-VI cracking furnace due to the multiple sources and complexcomposition of ethylene cracking feedstock,affecting the stable operation of the furnaces.Combined with the actual operation of the ethylene plant,this paper analyzes the causes of the failures of GKVI cracking furnace in recent years to solve the problems of furnace tube blockage in convection section,corrosion perforation of furnace tube in radiation section and low outlet temperature of high pressure steam superheater,thus prolonging the operation cycle of GK-VI cracking furnaces and improving the economic benefit of the enterprise.
