裂解炉快速烧焦技术在茂名石化的工业应用 被引量:1

摘要 茂名石化2号乙烯装置设计年产乙烯640 kt,共有7台裂解炉,其中5台SL-Ⅱ型裂解炉,2台SL-Ⅰ-M型裂解炉。SL-Ⅱ型裂解炉采用24组5-1构型炉管,年产110 kt乙烯,原设计烧焦时间为42.5 h,裂解原料为石脑油或轻烃。茂名石化采用中国石化北京化工研究院的快速烧焦技术后,在确保裂解炉安全的前提下,烧焦时间缩短为18~24 h。由于裂解炉烧焦时间大幅缩短,增加了裂解炉在线生产时间,不但节能减排降耗效果显著,还可提高乙烯装置的裂解产品产量。 With a design capacity of 640kt/a,the No.2 ethylene plant at SINOPEC Maoming Company has a total of 7 cracking furnaces,including 5 SL-Ⅱ cracking furnaces and 2 SL-I-M cracking furnaces.The SL-Ⅱ cracking furnace adopts 24 groups of 5-1 configuration coil and uses naphtha or light hydrocarbon as the cracking feedstock.Its annual output is 11 million tons of ethylene and designed decoking time is 42.5 h.After adopting the rapid decoking technology developed by SINOPEC Beijing Research Institute of Chemical Industry,the decoking time was reduced to 18~ 24 h while the safety of cracking furnace was ensured.Since the decoking time of cracking furnace was greatly shortened,the on-line production time of cracking furnace was increased,not only achieving remarkable energy saving and emission reduction effect,but also improving the yield of cracking product from the ethylene plant.
