制造业结构优化效果的时序演变研究——以安徽省为例

A Study on the Time-serial Evolution of the Optimization of Anhui's Manufacturing Industry Structure Taking Anhui Province for an Example

使用安徽省2006-2015年制造业29个细分行业的数据,运用泰尔指数对制造业结构合理化水平进行测度,以高端技术制造业产值占比法来衡量制造业结构高度化水平,并在此基础上,利用协调度模型对合理化与高度化的耦合协调程度进行分析,考察了安徽省制造业结构优化的时序演变进程。结果表明:考察期内安徽省制造业结构合理化状况有所改善,制造业结构高度化水平总体上呈上升趋势;制造业结构合理化与高度化处于高水平耦合、高度协调发展阶段。在十年间,安徽省制造业结构优化效果明显改善,未来安徽省制造业结构继续优化的关键在于坚持创新驱动发展战略,引导高端技术制造业发展。

This paper uses the data o f 29 sub-industries＇structure optimization of Anhui’s manufecturing industry from 2006 to 2015,which measures the rationalization using the Theil index and the promotion using the method of proportion of high-end technology industry.What5s more,it researches the coordinated development level of the rationalization and promotion of industrial structure on the basis of the foregoing.lt＊s found that the level of manufacturing industrial structured rationalization has shown improvement, and the level of manufacturing industrial structured promotion shows an upward trend in general during the particular time.In addition,the ratio-nalization of manufacturing industrial structure is Mghly coupled to the promotion,and both of them are always in highly coordinated phase.In ten years,great progress of the optimization of Anhui manufacturing industry structure has been made.The key to optimize the structure of Anhui＇s manufacturing industry in the future is to persist in the innovation driven development strategy and to guide the development of high-end technology manufacturing.
