新型农业经营主体培育现状及对策研究——基于六安市裕安区的实证调查

Research on the Current Situations and Countermeasures of new Agricultural Management:An Empirical Investigation based on Yu'an District of Lu'an City

六安市裕安区新型农业经营主体发展迅速,经营规模不断扩大,经营领域不断拓宽,经营主体呈现多元化,经营环境逐步优化。同时也存在不少问题,如总体发展水平不高,农业基础设施建设不到位,政策性农业保险水平较低,土地流转集中连片困难,专业技术人才严重缺乏,融资难度较大。文章针对以上问题,提出加强培育新型农业经营主体,夯实农业基础设施建设,加大政策扶持力度,积极推进土地流转,大力培养新型职业农民,积极发展生态农业。

The new agricultural business entities Lu＇an City Yu＇an district is developing rapidly.Operatmg scale is expanding,and business is expanding,and business entities are diversified,and business environment gradually optimized.At the same time, there are many problems,overall development level is not high,and agricultural infrastmcture is not in place,and the level of policy oriented agricultural insurance is low,and the transfer of land is difficult to focus on contiguous,and professional and technical personnel is serious lack,and the difficulty of financing is relatively large.This paper aims at the above problems,put forward to strengthen the cultivation of new agricultural business entities,and strengthen the construction of agricultural infrastructure, and increase policy support, and actively promote the transfer of land, and vigorously develop new professional farmers, and strive to develop ecological agriculture.
