核心成员政治联系、合法性与农民专业合作社创新——基于安徽省237家农民专业合作社的实证分析

The Relationship among the Political Connections,the Legitimacy of the Core Members,and Innovation of the Farmers' Professional Cooperative:Empirical Analysis from 237 Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in Anhui Province

创新是农民专业合作社现阶段及今后很长一段时期发展过程中的重要组成部分。基于资源依赖理论,以安徽省237家农民专业合作社为研究样本,实证分析了核心成员政治联系与农民专业合作社创新之间的关系,并进一步探讨了核心成员合法性对政治联系与创新之间关系的权变效应。研究发现,核心成员政治联系与农民专业合作社创新呈正相关关系,并且核心成员合法性强化了政治联系对创新的积极促进作用。这一发现说明可以通过寻求政治资本来激发农民专业合作社的创新行为,同时应该提升核心成员合法性,更有效地进行创新。

Innovation is an important part in the development process of farmers＇ professional cooperatives at the present stage and for a long time in the future. Based on resource dependence theory, taking 237 farmers Jprofessional cooperatives in Anhui Province as the research sample, the paper makes a empirical study of the relationship between the political connections of core members and inno-vation of the farmers9 professional cooperative, and further explores the contingent effect of the legitimacy of the core members on the relationship. The result shows that, there exists a positive relationship between the political connections of the core members and inno-vation of farmers＇ professional cooperative, and the legitimacy of the core members strengthens the relationship. This finding explains that the search for the political capital may stimulate innovative behavior, and the legitimacy of the core members should be en-hanced to cairy out innovation.
