内地跨境电商模式助力精准扶贫的路径探索——基于金寨数据的实证

Study on Domestic Cross-border E-commence Facilitate Targeted Poverty Alleviation:An Empirical Analysis of Jinzhai County

在精准扶贫中,电商扶贫发挥着重要作用。随着经济全球化的日益深入,对外贸易越来越成为推动国民收入增长的重要指标。跨境电商作为一个新兴贸易模式,在对外贸易中的影响越来越大。文章分析了跨境电商产业下对外贸易助力精准扶贫的可行性,为了进一步论证跨境电商产业下对外贸易对精准扶贫的重要意义,以贫困山区金寨县为例,借助计量经济学Stata软件进行实证分析。根据实证结果,对贫困农村如何发展跨境电商产业,积极开展对外贸易,实现精准扶贫,提出了相关对策。

In the targeted poverty alleviation,the electricity for poverty alleviation is playing the vital role. With the economic glob-alization, the foreign trade becomes more and more the important target which impels the national income^ growth. The cross-border e-commence takes an emerging trade pattern,has more and more influence on the foreign trade.This article analyzes the foreign trade feasibility to the targeted poverty alleviation. In order to further prove under the cross-border e-commence industry^ vital significance, taking impoverished mountainous area Jinzhai County as the example,with the aid of the econometrics Stata software,the paper has made the empirical analysis,how to develop the cross-border e-commence industry to the impoverished countryside,to develop the foreign trade positively,and to realize the targeted poverty alleviation,the pointed countermeasures are proposed.
