摘要
在混凝土中掺入一定量的膨胀剂、钢纤维和纳米SiO_2,配制成补偿收缩纳米SiO_2钢纤维混凝土,采用正交试验方法研究三个掺入量对混凝土抗压强度和劈拉强度的影响。研究结果表明:对于混凝土抗压强度来说,膨胀剂掺量的影响最大;对于混凝土劈拉强度来说,钢纤维体积掺量的影响最大。三个掺入量能够较好的共同工作,显著提高混凝土的抗压强度和劈裂抗拉强度,起到良好的增强增韧作用效果。
With the shrinkage compensating concrete reinforced by nanometer SiO2 and steel fiber,the orthogonal experiment was conducted to investigate the influence of expansive agent,steel fiber and nanometer SiO2 on the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of the concrete.The results show that the expansive agents content is the most significant factor on compressive strength,steel fiber volume content is the most significant factor on splitting tensile strength.Three incorporating elements can better work together,sig-nificantly improve the compressive strength and splitting tensile strength of concrete,and play a good enhanced toughening effect.
