订单培养下“四位一体”的校企管理文化对接模式研究——以合肥职业技术学院“五菱”订单班为例

摘要 高等职业教育发展应当实行与产业发展相结合,以服务促进产业发展为宗旨,以就业为导向,以解决产业用人需求、解决学生实习就业为主要任务,以教产融合和产学合作为抓手,培养实用型高技能人才。随着经济的发展变革,职业教育校企合作模式的也在不断摸索、改革、创新,从实习生接受、实习就业基地建立,到订单班培养、现代学徒制试点等,解决了企业"人难招"的问题;通过学校与企业管理文化的对接融入,提高学生职业素质和对企业的认同,让学生从短期实习就业变成长期正式合同,从而根本上解决了用人单位"人难管,人难留"的问题。 Development of higher vocational education should integrate with industr ial development. To train a pract ical and high-skilled student,purpose of service to promote industrial development, guidance of employment, main task of solving the industry needs and the students’ employment, and the main focus of the fusion of teaching and practice are necessary. During the economical development, the university-enterprise cooperation pattern of vocational education is groping, reforming and innovating. From accepting trainees building internship employment base, to order class and modem apprenticeship, etc. All of them solved the problems of the en-terprises which is difficult to recruit. By mixxing together the school management with enterprise culture,let the student improve profes-sional quality and identification of the enterprise .Making students from short-term internship employment into a formal contract for a long time, it can fundamentally solve the problem of "people hard to supervise, difficult to detain" for employing units.
