摘要
开关模式是电力电子系统实施电磁能量变换的基本模式,功率半导体器件的开关特性则成为这种能量变换的关键属性。从开关特性的角度出发,基于对器件开关特性和对电力电子系统多时间尺度特性的认识,提出一组功率开关器件多时间尺度瞬态模型。根据时间尺度的不同选取不同的瞬态模型来描述器件的开关瞬态过程,并反映不同的开关特性。所提多时间尺度瞬态模型,参数可直接从器件数据手册中提取,对提取方法进行较详细的阐述。所提的功率开关器件多时间尺度瞬态模型在装置和系统的分析设计中具有很强的实用性。
Switching mode is the basic mode of electromagnetic energy conversion in power electronics, meanwhile switching characteristics become the key point. From this perspective, this paper presents the multi-time scale transient models of power semiconductor devices, in which different models are adapted to describe the switching transient process corresponding to different time scales. In addition, under discrete event-driven simulation system, this paper presents the connection and switching principles between multi-time scale models, so that such models can be employed in simulation of power electronics converters. As shown in this paper, all parameters of the multi-time scale models can be extracted from datasheet directly. It is significant in design and analysis of power electronics systems.
