摘要 为了更好地在实际变换器仿真分析中应用多时间尺度开关瞬态模型,提出多时间尺度开关器件模型的仿真实现方法,并通过实验对瞬态模型的适应性进行分析。根据不同时间尺度的瞬态模型所反映不同的开关特性,归纳各个时间尺度模型适合的应用场合。同时,在离散状态事件驱动(DSED)仿真体系下,提出多时间尺度瞬态模型连接和切换的思想,使得模型可以应用在电力电子系统全时域瞬态仿真中,指导变换器的分析和设计。 In order to better implement the transient models of multi-time scale switch in power electronics converter simulation analysis, a simulation method of multiple-timescale models is presented in this paper, and the adaptability of the transient model is illustrated by experimental results. Different applications for multiple-timescale models are also discussed according to the specific switching characteristics reflected by different timescale transient models. In addition, under discrete state event-driven (DSED) simulation system, this paper presents the connection and switching principles between multi-time scale models. As a result, such models can be employed in all-time simulation of power electronics converters.
