线性和对数双通道150MHz中频接收机的设计与实现

摘要 论文设计且实现同时具有线性和对数双通道的150MHz中频接收机。该接收机的线性通道AGC具有0dB-31.37dB可调范围,增益为20.35dB,而对数通道在输入动态范围86dB时,其对应的输出动态范围应大于38.15dB,±25MHz时带外抑制均要大于45dB。 This paper describes a dual channel of 150 MHz IF receiver,which has achieved linear and logarithmic channel on a board. For the linear channel,the automatic gain control(AGC)adjustable range is from 0dB to 31.37 dB. And the gain of the channel is 20.35 dB. When the dynamic range of input is 86 dB,the dynamic range of output is 38.15 dB correspondingly. Compared with the signal of the center frequency,the out-of-band suppression is bigger than 45 dB when the signal goes to ±25MHz.
