摘要 随着越来越多的机载用电设备采用开关式电源,三相电流总谐波含量(THD)越来越大,对飞机电网造成了很大的谐波污染,并且严重地降低了三相电源的功率因数,因此,三相功率因数校正(PFC)技术解决电力污染方面扮演着越来越重要的作用,成为近年来研究热点。论文研究了机载三相VIENNA整流器,对其采用单周期控制方法,最后实现了三相功率因数校正电路。仿真与实验结果表明该电路在三相功率因数校正方面有着良好的效果,在中小功率机载雷达上具有广泛应用前景。 With the increasing number of various electrical equipment of the switch power-supply,the harmonic distortion(THD)of the three-phase current has become more and more and a large number of harmonic injected into the airborne pollution and reduced the power-factor seriously,therefore,the three-phase PFC technology plays a very important role in addressing the electricity nuisance,and has been a hot research in recent years. This paper considered airborne three-phase VIENNA rectifier which could be the equivalent of three single-phase Power-Factor-Correction(PFC)circuits. The results of the modulation and experiment demonstrated the satisfactory effects of the circuit on the three-phase power-factor-correction and the wide application prospects on the airborne radar.
