可燃毒物电动工具数据采集和分析系统开发 被引量:1

摘要 张力和位置是反映可燃毒物电动工具工作状态的重要参数,针对张力和位置参数开发数据采集和分析系统。系统基于Lab VIEW开发应用程序,利用OPC提供接口实现应用程序与PLC通信,有数据采集、数据分析和数据对比3大功能。实际应用表明,该系统结构简单、通用性好、成本较低、功能完善和用户界面友好,有助于提早发现异常和实现故障诊断,为设备维修提供决策支持。
