多维信息融合方法及技术研究

RESEARCH ON MULTIDIMENSIONAL INFORMATION FUSION METHOD AND TECHNOLOGY

提出一种适应公安信息系统与安保信息系统的多维信息融合方法。定义适应安保工作特点的信息共享策略、存储策略和应用模式。解决情报信息与安保业务系统融合的难题,缓解安保勤务指挥调度过程中信息获取不全面、不准确、响应不及时,辅助决策支持手段匮乏等问题。实际应用成效表明,所提方法及技术能够较大提升安保勤务指挥调度工作的执行效率和水平。

This paper proposes a multidimensional information fusion method for public security information system and security information system. This method defines the information sharing strategy, storage strategy and application pattern which adapt to the security work. This method solves the problem of integration of intelligence information and security business system, and alleviates the problems of incomplete and inaccurate information acquisition, lack of timelyresponse and lack of assist decision support in the process of security service command and dispatch. The practical application results show that the proposed method and technology can greatly enhance the efficiency and level of security command dispatching.
