南八深冷装置分子筛脱水系统优化运行措施 被引量:1

摘要 为解决南八深冷装置投产初期分子筛脱水系统存在的吸附器床层升/降压速度过快、设计再生温度不达标、吸附/再生周期不合理、控制程序不完善等问题,从理论分析和现场试验两个方面,对脱水系统运行方式及控制程序进行优化,最终将升/降压速度由0.73 MPa/min调整为0.25 MPa/min,热吹温度由180℃调整为210℃,吸附/再生周期由8 h调整为12 h,床层在进行升/降压过程中,程序强制执行,同时增加反馈确认功能,避免人为误操作。通过对脱水系统运行方式及控制程序优化,有效地解决了上述问题,确保了脱水系统的良好运行。 Since Nanba c ryo ge nic plant s ta rts u p produc t ion at i ts ear ly stages, seve ral pro b lems have been found about molecular sieve dehydrat ion uni ts, such as the pressure of molecular sieve beds increases or reduces too quickly; th e de sig ned re g e n e ra t io n tempe rature s are n o t u p to s ta n d a rd ; th e a d s o rp tio n / regenerat ion period is unreasonable; the control program is not perfect . Then through theoret ical analysis and on-site test, we opt imizes the dehydrat ion system, thus the pressure increase /decrease rate is adjusted from 0. 73 MPa /min to 0. 25 MPa /min and the temperature of hot blowing is adjusted from 180°G to 210°C , and the adsorption /regenerat ion period is regulated from 8 hours to 12 hours as wel l . Meanwhile, during the pressure increasing /reducing of molecular sieve beds, the program will be enforced automat ically wi th feedback conf irmat ion to avoid misoperat ion. Final ly,through these improvements,the above problems are ef fect ively solved, ensuring the good running of the molecular sieve dehydrat ion system.
