黑水虻虫粉对育肥猪生长性能、血清指标和养分消化率的影响 被引量:24

Effects of Black Soldier Fly Meal on Growth Performance,Serum Indices and Nutrient Apparent Digestibility in Growing-finishing Pigs

摘要 为研究干燥黑水虻虫粉替代育肥猪饲料中豆粕、鱼粉等蛋白质原料的可行性,以黑水虻干燥虫粉为原料,选择18头30 kg左右的"杜×长×大"三元杂交育肥猪,按试验要求随机分为3组(按照等能等氮配方设计,试验Ⅰ组将饲料中豆粕等蛋白质原料用25 kg鱼粉替代,试验Ⅱ组将试验Ⅰ组中的鱼粉用25 kg干燥黑水虻虫粉替代,对照组饲喂基础日粮),每组6个重复,每个重复1头猪。正试期28 d,计算各组育肥猪的平均日增质量、平均日采食量和料重比(F/G),收集粪便并用内源指示剂法测定干物质、粗蛋白、粗脂肪和粗灰分的消化率,试验结束时采集血清并检测血清生化指标。结果表明:与对照组和试验Ⅰ组相比,试验Ⅱ组平均日增质量分别增加19.58%和4.27%,料重比分别降低9.76%和3.14%,各组间平均日增质量和料重比均无显著差异。与对照组相比,试验Ⅰ组、试验Ⅱ组粗灰分消化率均显著降低;各组间干物质、粗蛋白和粗脂肪消化率均无显著差异;各组间白蛋白、球蛋白、甘油三酯、总胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白胆固醇均无显著差异。综上,按照等能等氮配方设计,育肥猪日粮中用干燥黑水虻虫粉等量替代豆粕、鱼粉等蛋白质原料是可行的。 In o rd e r to inve st ig ate th e effects of u s ing the dry b la ck soldier fly in s te ad of soybean me al an d fish meal on growing-finishing pigs,eighteen growing-finishing pigs(Duroc X L ab d ra c e X Y o rk sh ire ) of a -bout 30 kg body weight were used and al lot ted into 3 treatments( All diets were isocaloric, isonitrogenous. Test group I ,25 kg fish meal were used instead of the soybean meal and other feed protein ingredients; Test group II ,25 kg dried black soldier fly instead of fish meal; Control group was b a sa l d ie ts ) with 6 r e p -l icates of 1 each according to randomized completely block design. Official trial period lasted for 28 days. The average daily gain(ADG) , average daily feed intake (ADFI) and feed/gain ( F/G) of growing-finish-ing pigs in each group were calculated. The endogenesis indicator method was used to determine the di-gestibility of dry matter, crude protein,crude fat and crude ash in faeces. At the end of the experiment, the serum were col lected and serum biochemical indexes were tested. The resul ts showed that, compared with the control group and test group I , the ADG of test group II were increased by 19. 58% and 4. 27% Re-spectively ;The F/G of test group I and test group II were decreased by 9.76% and 3. 14% Respectively; The ADG and F/G had no difference in each group. Compared with the control group, the ash digestibility of group I and test group E decreased significantly ; Dry matter, crude protein and crude fat digestibility showed no difference among all the groups. ALB , GLO , TG , T C , H D L C and L D L C showed no difference. In conclusion, under the conditions of this experiment, when all diets were isocaloric, isonitrogenous, using the dry black soldier fly instead of soybean meal and fish meal was possible.
