Experiment and Practice Training Being More Important for Cultivating Students' Practical Ability——Interview with XU Baosheng,president of Zhejiang Vocational College of Special Education

许院长介绍了特殊教育职业院校的专业定位与特点,提出培养应用性人才实验实训教学更为重要。为此,在加强校内外实验实训基地建设、在实验实训教学体系改革、加强领导、规范管理及信息化管理等方面所采取的措施与做法,取得了明显的效果。

At first, the president introduces professional orientation and characteristics of vocational colleges for the special education, then put forward that experiment teaching is more important for cultivating application-orientation talents. It is therefore that the authority of college takes many measures as to strengthen the construction of experiment and practice training bases inside and outside campus, carrying out the reform of experiment and practice training teaching system, improving experiment management, standardizing and information system management, and so on. Then obvious results have been achieved.
