摘要 为践行"以赛促学"的教学理念,学校组织竞赛小组参加了2016年FIRST Robotics Competition(FRC)机器人竞赛。根据竞赛"攻战城堡"要求,设计了一种新型的可越障的抛投机器人,机器人系统包括驱动装置、发射机构、电气系统和气动系统四部分。系统基于Lab VIEW模块程序进行编程,在无线网络中利用3D摇杆和手柄向机器人发送动作命令进行控制,实现行走、跨越设定障碍、捡球以及向对方堡垒的抛球等动作。测试表明,控制抛投机器人与城堡的距离在3 m以内,并且抛射架的倾斜角大于52°,抛投成功率高。本参赛机器人获得了2016年FIRST机器人上海公开赛"最佳设计奖"。 In order to put the teaching idea into practice,our college organized a competition team to participate in First Robotics Competition( FRC) in 2016. According to the competition requirement of occupying the castle,students designed a robot,which can cross the obstacle and cast balls to other side's castle. The robot system consists of four parts,driving device, transmitting device, electric system and pneumatic system, and is programmed based on Lab VIEW. We make use of 3D joystick and a handle to send commands to control the robot through the wireless network. The robot can achieve walking,crossing obstacle,picking up the balls and casting actions,etc. Test shows that the robot can be controlled within 3m of the castle,and the tilt angle of projectile frame can be adjusted to more than 52°,thus a high success rate can be achieved. Robot participating in the contest acquired Best Award Design in Shanghai Open of Robot in FRC in 2016.
