摘要 通过近10年医学基础生物分子实验室建设和实践教学探索,四川大学华西基础医学实验教学中心不断实施医学基础课程实践教学改革,改进和完善实践教学考核评价体系。阐述了"医学基础生物分子实验"的课程设置和其实践教学改革实践与探索及取得的成效,分析了该实践教学课程设置与考核评估体系的内容和相互关系,从学科特征和教学任务上,说明了这门实践教学课程的基本特点和教学意义,为转变实践教学观念,改进实践教学考核评估体系,适应当前医学基础课程实践教学要求,发挥更好辅助和促进作用。 With the exploration of practice teaching and the laboratory construction of Bio-Mol medical laboratory in Sichuan University,the preclinical experiment curriculum reformation was performed in the National Preclinical Medical Experimental Teaching Center of Sichuan University. The final test and evaluation of the practice training education was improved and useful to implement in universities. These points involved in "preclinical biomolecular experiments"were discussed to improve the teaching effects in education,as well. The major curriculum arrangement and some correlation were analyzed in details. The basic properties and teaching implications of this practice curriculum were clarified according to the scientific features and teaching subjects in order to transform the previous opinions of practical teaching and enhance the final test and evaluation system of the practice training education. It is a current beneficial improvement and effective assistance for the exploration of the practical teaching of the preclinical practical curriculum in universities.
