摘要
为填补高校现场总线教学实训与IEC61131-3语言教学实训的空白,设计研发了一套实训系统。该系统基于基金会现场总线实现了对过程仪表的监测并对过程参数进行控制,同时可应用于计量检定基础知识教学。基于IEC61131-3语言实现了对电机控制及各类灯光控制的仿真。系统采用Lab VIEW进行上位机程序编写,交互界面友好。将该系统用于实践教学中,取得了良好的教学效果。
In order to fill in the blank of train in g system of field bus teaching and IEC 61131 -3 language teaching in universities, a training system is developed. Processing instruments are monitored and processing parameters are controlled based on Foundation Fieldbus in this system, basic knowledge teaching of metrological verificat io n can be achieved as well. Motor and light controls are simulated based on IEC 61131-3 language. The interactive interface of PC program written by LabVIEW is friendly . The system has been used in practice teaching, and has achieved good teaching results.
