摘要 校内实训基地是校企合作、工学结合的重要载体,校企共建校内实训基地有助于加快残疾学生社会融合的步伐,有利于提高残疾人高等职业教育的教学质量。为此,需要政府加强引导、企业积极参与,残疾人高等职业院校要加强规划,主动构建符合残疾学生潜能开发的校企一体的实训课程体系,完善制度、科学管理,校企以基地为载体协同育人,切实提升残疾学生的职业综合能力和职业适应性。 Training bases in colleges' campus are of great significance for the cooperation between enterprises and colleges and for the combination of learning and working,because they are in favor of advancing the disabled students' social integration and of developing the teaching quality in higher vocational colleges for the disabled. Some strategies are given in this paper for a more effective campus training base co-built by enterprises and colleges to develop disabled students' vocational comprehensive abilities and professional adaptabilities which include to strengthen the guidance of the government and to stimulate the active participation of enterprises; to focus on the planning of higher vocational colleges for the disabled; to construct a college-enterprise integrated training curriculum system for developing the disabled students' potential abilities; to improve the system with a scientific management; to co-cultivate students by enterprises and colleges through the training base as the platform.
