摘要
随着国家对高校购置大型仪器设备经费投入的不断增加,管理大型仪器设备并提高其使用效益成为高校重点实验室面临的一个重要问题。为进一步提高高校大型仪器设备管理,针对高校实际问题并结合实验室的工作实践,从实验室制度建设、Web网站平台使用、仪器设备的维护维修、实验人员技能提高等角度提出了"全开放"式重点实验室实现大型仪器设备良性运营的管理策略,重点阐述了实验室准入制度、仪器设备操作的资格评定、大型仪器设备的状态监管、和设备的平台预约使用等因素在实验室管理体系建设中的重要性。将对高校实验室提高大型仪器设备使用效益方面具有参考意义。
With the national financial support of purchasing large-scale instruments,management and improving the use efficiency are becoming important issues for the key laboratories in universities. Aiming at practical problems and combining practice of provincial key laboratory in authors ' university,we bring forward useful full-open laboratory management strategies on improving the large-scale instruments ' utilization rate from several aspects which include regulation construction of the laboratory,usage of Website platform,equipment maintenance and enhancing abilities of laboratory technician. It focuses on the important roles of several aspects that include labs ' access qualification,equipment operation assessment,monitoring the status of large instruments and using the reservation of Web platform in constructing our laboratory management system. These discussions will provide some significant references for improving utilization rate of the university's large apparatus.
