摘要
本文探讨了光引发剂的种类与浓度、光照强度、光聚合组合物体系粘度及光聚合体系氛围对甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)光引发聚合硬化时间、产率、重均分子量及分子量分布的影响。结果表明,体系初始粘度或引发剂含量的增加均有利于加快光聚合速度以及提高产率,产物具有良好的实用价值。PMMA的重均分子量Mw随着光引发剂浓度的增加而降低,但对紫外(UV)光强不敏感。
; In this paper, the effects of the type and concentration of photo - initiator, the light intensity, viscosity of the photo - polymerization composition system and the atmosphere of the photo - polymerization system on the set time, yield, and molecular distribution of photo - polymerization of methyl polymethlacrylate (PMMA) were discussed. Results showed that the initial viscosity of the system and the increment of initiator concentration were both beneficial for accelerating photo - polymerization and increasing yield, which can bring about good application value for the product. Furthermore, as photo - initiator increased, the weight - average molecular weight (Mw) of PMMA was decreased, but insensitive to UV intensity.
