摘要
医用胶黏剂在外科手术的应用缩短了手术时间,简化了手术过程,减小了术后感染或二次手术的风险。但是现有的胶黏剂还存在一些缺点,如生物相容性差、不易降解,从而限制了医用胶黏剂在人体内的应用。而具有良好的生物相容性、生物可降解性和良好的结晶性能的聚癸二酰甘油二酯(PSeD),有望作为热熔胶应用到外科手术中。本文通过~1H-NMR谱图和红外谱图对合成出的PSeD的结构进行了表征,利用TGA和DSC研究了PSeD热熔胶的热学性能。最后,对PSeD热熔胶的粘结强度进行了表征。结果表明,PSeD热熔胶对PET表现出良好的粘结性能。
The applications of medical adhesives in surgery shorten the operation time, simplify the operation press and reduce the risk of postoperative infection and secondary surgery. However, the adhesives used in surgery nowadays still have some drawbacks, such as toxicity, poor biompatibility, which limit the application of medical adhesives in human body. In this paper, a polyester - poly ( sebacic acyl diacylglycerol) ( PSeD) with good crys-tallinity ,biompatibility and biodegradability was prepared, which was promising to be used as hot melt adhesive in human body. The structure of PSeD was characterized by 1H - NMR and FTIR, and its thermal properties were in-vestigated by TGA and DSC. Finally, the shear - bonded behavior of PSeD hot melt adhesive was investigated, the result showed that the PSeD hot melt adhesive had good bonding performance on PET.
