摘要
社会创新是以社会需求为契机,为解决社会问题而在社会领域实践的创造性活动。企业社会创新是"企业—政府"、"企业—社会"、"企业—政府—社会"两元或三元主体及其利益相关者共同参与合作的过程,它们的资源、权利、行为具有异质性和动态性。本研究运用资源、利益/权力、组织等理论,构建企业社会创新主体合作的组织模式理论框架,并结合"企业—社会"和"企业—政府—社会"两种主体合作的组织模式进行案例比较。
; Social innovation refers that the government, society and enterprise practices the creative activities in order to solve social problems in the field of society, which based on the social de-mands. Social innovation of enterprise is the process of cooperation which is jointly participated by “enterprise and government”,“enterprise and society ”,“ government,enterprise and society” and their stakeholders. T he resources, power and behavior of the dual- subject, tri-subject and their stakeholders are heterogeneity and dynamic. This research, which based on the theories of re-sources, power, interest and organization, builds the theoretical framework for organization mode of subjective cooperation in enterprise social innovation, and two case studies on u enterprise and socie-ty“ and 44 government, enterprise and society” ?
