摘要 以宁波市500 k V输电线路为例,利用三维仿真、激光测量等技术完成了全市输电线路及地形地貌的管理平台建设,并通过软件开发定制带电作业模拟功能模块,在三维场景中实现对模拟人带电作业时最小组合间隙的实时计算与三维动态展示,为500 k V同塔多回输电线路带电作业具体方案的确定和模拟提供技术、安全上的保证。 In this paper,taking the 500 k V transmission line of Ningbo as an example,completing city management platform construction of transmission lines and topography in the use ofthree-dimensional simulation and laser measurement and so on,And design the simulation function module withsoftware development,achieving real-time calculation of live working minimum combined gap of simulation and dynamic display of 3d-scene,the specific solution of 500 k V charged with multi-transmission line live working were determined,which supplied technical and safety guarantee.
