炭纤维复合芯导线的风险图形化监控管理系统

摘要 在采用炭纤维复合芯导线提高输电线路容量的同时,也会因为故障而导致更加严重的影响。为了更好的更准确地对输电线路风险进行评估和管理,运用快速发展的大数据、智能化、信息化、图形化等新技术、新事物,转变工作方法,创新管理方式,故结合GIS系统建立了炭纤维复合芯导线的风险图形化数据库管理系统,该系统主要实现了重要输电线路的风险评估及评估报告的自动生成;并结合GIS系统,通过多图层动态信息显示输电线路存在的风险、评价结果以及采取的防控措施,实现输电220 k V线路和重要110 k V线路风险管理数据、图形化、精益化,从而达到加强风险管控的目的。 In the use of carbon fiber core conductor to improve the tansmission line capacity, but also lead to more serious impact because of the failure. In order to more accurately assess the risk of transmission line and man-agement, we should use the rapid development of big data, intelligence, information, graphics and other new tech-nologies, to change work methods, innovation management, so the combination of GIS system to establish the risk graphical database management system of carbon fiber core wire. This system mainly realizes the r isk evaluation and the automatic generation of assessment report; And combined w ith the GIS system, show the r is k, the results of the evaluation and control measures of transmission line through dynamic multilayer information, to achieve the purpose of risk data management, graphical, lean of important 220 kV and 110 kV transmission line, so as to strengthen the r isk management and control.
