摘要
电厂的循环冷却水中含有大量低温余热,吸收式热泵技术可以回收部分冷却水低温余热用于加热凝结水。以某600MW抽凝机组为例,设计四种热泵应用方案,通过建模编程计算各方案的热泵性能参数,对比分析节能效果。研究表明:选用7抽抽汽驱动热泵加热8#低加段凝结水可使机组效率提高15.1%,发电煤耗降低0.51gce/k Wh,节能效果较好。
There is a lot of low temperature waste heat in circulating cooling water in a power plant.Part of the waste heat can be recovered to heat condensed water by using absorption heat pump technique. Four heat pump application schemes were designed for a 600 MW extraction condensing turbine. The heat pump performance parameters of each scheme were calculated by modeling and programming,and the energy efficiency was compared and analyzed.The result shows that the exergy efficiency increases 15.1% and the power produce fuel consumption reduces 0.51gce/k Wh when the condensed water of 8# low pressure heater is heated by an absorption heat pump system which is drived by 7th extraction steam.
