含超越离合器的弧齿锥齿轮非线性动态特性分析

摘要 为使含超越离合器的弧齿锥齿轮系统具有良好的动态性能,采用集中参数法建立了三自由度横向-扭转耦合动力学模型,并运用龙哥-库塔法则对非线性系统进行了数值求解,研究了超越离合器扭转刚度对锥齿轮传动副动态传递误差、动载系数以及离合器溜滑角的影响。研究结果表明:1)离合器扭转刚度对锥齿轮传动副动态传递误差及低频内的动载系数影响明显;2)离合器扭转刚度不影响高频内的动载系数;3)离合器扭转刚度越大,溜滑角越小,系统灵敏度越好。 In order to ensure the spiral gears with one-way clutch system have good dynamic performance,a three degrees of freedom lateral-torsional coupling dynamic model was established by the lumped parameter method.And the method of Runge-Kutta was used to solve the nonlinear dynamic system.The effect of the oneway clutch torsional stiffness on the dynamic transmission error,dynamic load coefficient,and windup angle of one-way clutch was studied.The results show that: 1) The dynamic transmission error and the dynamic load coefficient of the gear pair within the low range of excitation frequency are influenced apparently by the torsional stiffness of one-way clutch.2) While the dynamic load coefficient within the high range of excitation frequency is hardly influenced by the torsional stiffness.3) One-way clutch torsional stiffness is larger,the smaller windup angle is,and the sensitivity of the system is better.
