复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦治疗慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大134例

Treatment of 134 Cases of Chronic Hepatitis B with Swelling Spleen by Biejia Ruangan Tablet Combined with Entecavir

目的:研究分析对慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者应用复方鳖甲软肝片联合恩替卡韦的临床治疗效果。方法:选取我院2013年12月—2016年12月收治的慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者134例为主要研究对象,分组遵循抽签法分组原则,随机将患者分为常规组和联合组,其中常规组慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者为67例,采用单一恩替卡韦治疗;联合组慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者为67例,在采用恩替卡韦治疗的基础上,给予患者复方鳖甲软肝片联合治疗,连续治疗一年后,统计比较两组慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者治疗前后肝硬度值、血常规等临床指标。结果:分析研究统计数据,治疗前,两组慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者的各项临床指标比较差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,联合组慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者的血生化指标下降程度显著,明显优于常规组患者,同时联合组慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者的肝硬度值下降程度高于常规组患者,联合组患者的总有效率(94.03%)高于常规组患者的总有效率(73.13%),两组患者比较有差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对慢性乙型肝炎伴脾肿大患者,联合采用复方鳖甲软肝片与恩替卡韦治疗,可以提升患者的治疗效果,具有极佳的应用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective： To study the clinical effect of compound Biejia Ruangan tablet combined with entecavir in patients with chronic hepatitis B complicated with splenomegaly. Methods： A total of 134 patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly were enrolled in this study from December 2013 to December 2016. The grouping method was divided into two groups： routine group and combined group, among them, 67 patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly were treated with single entecavir, and 67 patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly were treated with entecavir. The patients were treated with compound turtle soft Liver tablets combined treatment, continuous treatment a year later, the statistical comparison of two groups of patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly before and after treatment of liver hardness values, blood and other clinical indicators. Results： Analysis of statistical data, before treatment, the clinical indexes of the two groups of patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly were not significantly different（P〉0.05）.After treatment, the combination of chronic hepatitis B patients with splenomegaly in patients with significant changes in blood biochemical indicators, significantly better than the conventional group of patients, while the combined group of patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly in patients with liver stiffness decreased more than the conventional group of patients,The total effective rate（94.03%） was higher in the combined group than in the conventional group（73.13%）, and there was significant difference between the two groups（P 〈0.05）. Conclusion： For patients with chronic hepatitis B with splenomegaly, combined with compound Biejia Ruangan tablets and entecavir treatment, can improve the treatment of patients, with excellent application value, worthy of clinical promotion.
