摘要
基于中国15个省市2003~2014年的水产加工业数据,利用DEA方法对水产加工业综合技术效率(以下简称技术效率)及其分解进行测算,并借助Tobit面板数据模型对水产加工业纯技术效率和规模效率的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:(1)2003-2014年间水产加工业技术效率呈逐年上升态势,且省际间存在较大差异,具体表现为经济发展水平相对较好的省份水产加工业技术效率水平较高;(2)自2008年世界金融危机爆发以来,规模效率始终是制约技术效率提升的主要因素;(3)市场势力是影响水产加工业规模效率与纯技术效率的核心要素,与纯技术效率、规模效率间存在着显著的倒"U"型关系。
Based on the data of Chinese aquatic product processing industry at 15 provinces and cities from year 2003 to 2014, the paper aims to measure technical efficiency and its decomposition of China’s aquatic product processing industry by applying Data Envelopment Analysis. The paper also empirically examines the cause of scale inefficiency and pure technical inefficiency of aquatic processing industry by using Tobit panel data model. The major conclusions are as follows:(1)During the period of 2003-2014, the comprehensive technical efficiency of aquatic product processing industry showed a rising trend year by year, and there was a great difference among provinces: the more developed the economics is, the higher the efficiency of fishery processing industry.(2)Since the outbreak of the world financial crisis in 2008, the scale efficiency is the main factor that restricts the improvement of comprehensive technical efficiency.(3)Market power is the key factor that affects the scale efficiency and pure technical efficiency of aquatic product processing industry. The relations between them form an inverted "U" shape.
